Rappahannock Westminster-Canterbury is home to some 250 senior adults seeking the security, independence and personal dignity fostered by the care provided here.
The 165-acre wooded campus is located outside Irvington on Virginia’s scenic Northern Neck. Residential accommodations include 151 independent living units (35 apartments, 76 cottages and 40 single-family homes). Meeting your health care needs as they arise are a Resident Clinic, 24 assisted living suites, 14 enhanced assisted living accommodations, a 42-unit skilled nursing facility, a home care program, and an adult day program.
The centrally-located Chesapeake Center houses the dining venues, post office boxes, the Auditorium, Main Street Station (our coffee shop and convenience store), Main Street Salon, a Chesapeake Bank Branch (with safe deposit boxes), the Fitness Center, a creative arts and crafts area, the Chesapeake Game Room (with a Wii), the Resident Library, meeting spaces, and administrative offices.
